- No more extensions of time. We recommend therefore
that the authors do not fail to make the registration or the submission on the last day.

You may submit your article for presentation (a) as poster or (b) as paper on the conference themes. We encourage authors to submit ongoing research in poster format.

To register at JEMS (new users)

I. IMPORTANT: If you already used JEMS system (as to submit work for P&D Design) you should not register again. Always use the same login for all events and submissions you make through JEMS system.

II. Access the link https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/. If it shows a message that there are problems with the security certificate or that "The security certificate from this site is not trustful" click "continue anyway" because the site is safe.

III. Click on "If you are not a JEMS user, create your account here."

IV. Fill in the registration form.

V. Click on 'new user'.

VI. A login (JEMS ID #) and password will be sent to your email. On the next acess, use this login and password to log on JEMS system.

To submit your paper (users already registered with JEMS)

I. Access the link https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/.

II. Use login and password provided to log on JEMS. If you do not remember the password, type in your email (or JEMS code) and the system will send the password to your email. If you do not remember your login, use your last name. It will display a list of people with the same last name and you should indicate which user you are.

III. On the page "JEMS View / Accepting paper registration and upload" click on the link to 4th CIDI - International Conference of Information Design or on the link to 4th CONCIG - National Conference for Scientific Initiation on Information Design.

IV. On the page of the selected event you should click on "SUBMIT PAPER" and complete the form.

V. If the article has already been submitted and you want to edit the form, you must click on the article number that appears below "AUTHORED PAPERS". Submissions may be changed until the deadline, when the system will be automatically closed and the last version submitted will be considered for evaluation. Please do not create new submissions every time you want to edit a submitted article, only edit the existent one.

VI. To load the article’s file (or update previously submitted file) click on the title of the article that appears below the "AUTHORED PAPERS", then on the icon "upload" on "uploaded files" to load. Maximum file size: 10 MB. If exceeding this limit is indispensable, please contact the organizing committee. VII.
